RecommendedAfter my knee surgery I started therapy at a large office with many therapists at the Hospital that did the knee replacement. The first day of therapy injured both of my calf muscles and I spent the 4 days until my next visit with my knee elevated and packed in ice trying to get the pain and swelling down.
