Same story as almost everyone else here. Ordered an item, was promptly charged. Heard nothing from them for weeks until I contacted them. I was told the item was being restocked and would ship as soon as it came in. Waited 2 weeks and contacted them again. Was told the items had trouble in shipping and had been returned to the supplier. Waited another 6 weeks and then asked for cancellation and a refund.
