Just bought a Hobie Mirage Oasis from Troy with all needed accessories. He and Joe spent most of the day getting the roof rack just perfect. I could not have expected a better experience. Customer service was fantastic. Don't drive to Seattle, come to Port Angeles.

We came in looking for a used mountain bike for our kid. They brought out a few bikes to show us and we picked one out. They spent some time going over the bike- cleaning, checking, perfecting- at no charge. They installed a bottle holder and gave us a water bottle to fit it. I had my dog with me, and they spend time introducing their dogs and let all the pups run wild around the store playing. We had a great time with them. Excellent bike shop! Troy spent tons of time making sure I bought the right sized bike and found perfect ride for me. Rest of staff is also super knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend buying from this local bike shop!

The whole staff @sound is awesome and very helpful, I just recently bought a mtb there and could not be more pleased. My first ride was from sequim to port angeles and it was awesome, no problems...accept, rip my thighs and butt lol. The only thing I did not like on the bike was the pedals and they said they would give me a discount on an upgrade because I bought the bike from them, thats awesome!! My girlfriend is currently in the market for a bike as well and we will for sure be going to sound!
