It's been a roller coaster trying to figure out how I want my hair. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work together to find the haircut I'll be happy with!
I was scheduled to have an appointment at 2pm for a wax. The same day at 11:40am, I received a text asking for my bang trim appointment to be moved because the stylist had “a change of plans”. I cancelled it all together. Just doesn’t seem professional.
Kim has always done a fantastic job. No complaints whatsoever. Always will go to her
This was my first visit to Sound Beauty. I went in requesting Kim to help correct a prior haircut. Knowing she had to be a bit creative in fixing what she had in front of her, she did a Fantastic job! I am very happy with the results! I plan on going back when I need it cut again. Very happy with Kim! Thank you, Kim, for giving me a haircut I'm happy to brag about!
