Very expensive for a quick install of a new master switch for my windows...mainly due to a expensive part, quoted $550 for the part alone. I later found I could've bought a genuine part much cheaper elsewhere (by $200). Unfortunately I wasn't quite given the total quote amount that I had asked for before accepting quote and ended up being more expensive than agreed on. Master switch took 30min labour. Phoned at 2pm when a noise started in the car (turned out the alternator had gone) they had my car in at 8am the next day and back on the road by 11.30am with the alternator replaced. Very minimal time off the road thanks to these guys!! Meant alot to this busy mum of 3 little ones 🙏
