I dont want to give a bad review because I did like how they put everything on paper and email with a very detailed report. Took my car in for them to fix the ac after I messed up. They gave me a quote I didnt like so I ended up not having it done for how old my car is it wasnt worth it for me. The only complaint I have is that after I got the car back it was making a grinding noise within minutes of me driving it. It wasnt making before I took it in on the front left tire. Took my car for its annual inspection. The folks at Sound Auto Care know their business; they're thorough and patient. The only drawback is they won't quote prices for any repairs over the phone, you have to take the car in for a diagnosis. So if you *know* you need something done (e.g. you need brakes), you can't compare prices, that's frustrating.
Quick turnaround and no surprises. Always consistent and conscientious. Good people.
