Matthew very helpful and explained everything very well.
These are my second pair of aids and are so much better than the first even though they are the base model and my original aids cost $1500. Matt is a true professional and has the skill and latest equipment to tune the aids perfectly to suit individual requirements. I don't even know I'm wearing them now and I hear perfectly with no chirping or feed back like the old ones did. I highly recommend Sound Audiology

Whilst passing through on holidays I needed a minor repair done. The audiologist fixed the problem and was incredibly thorough in checking other possible faults. I'd highly recommend him.
