I’m very late writing this review but, better late than never! :D Last year in October I made an appointment with Sound Audiology as I was at my wits end over my ear and I found them to be incredibly helpful. It was a super easy process to book in with them, their online system is incredibly user friendly & all their staff super helpful. When I arrived I was greeted with the utmost care & consideration. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Matthew for my annual hearing test at Sound Audiology Colac. Matthew was fabulous, I found him highly professional, friendly, understanding and patient. I had not been using my hearing aids for quite some time. After an initial discussion on the reasons why and then a thorough and highly educational explanation on the benefits of using them, Matthew then tested my hearing, the results of which were in line with my initial test.
