The ladies at Sound and Associates Hearing Northwest are awesome! I had left my charger at home while in Seattle visiting family. I called them up to see if I could purchase a charger. Instead they charged my hearing aids in the office. It really saved my visit. With my hearing aids charged up I was able to enjoy my visit. Monette and Lexie really went above and beyond for me. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out of a jamb. This is what customer service is all about! Thank you both.
