Great service
I took my 88 year old mother who is nearly deaf without hearing aids to Dr. Joe. She hadn't been hearing well with her 7 year old hearing aids and I was convinced we would have to spend thousands for a new pair. The problem turned out to be that the hearing aids were just dirty. Dr. Joe cleaned them and didn't charge us a dime. Excellent service and knowledge!
I've been seeing Dr. Munson for 10 or 12 years and just recently fitted me with my third pair of hearing aids. She is very attentive and takes the time to make sure they are then best hearing aids for your needs. I could not be happier with her service and my new hearing aids! Dr. Munson tuned them perfectly for the frequency deficit in both ears and the follow-up appointments have been great! If you think you may have hearing loss you owe it to yourself to make an appointment with Dr. Jo Munson, I can't recommend her enough... read more

I have been working with Dr. Patricia Jo Munson, AuD now for over 10 years. My first pair of high end Starkey hearing aids lasted for 10 years. They started dying about 5 months ago so it was time for a new pair. She suggested the Starkey Genesis AI 24s and for me they are no less than spectacular. Wow, what a jump in technology.
