A CPAP user for 20 years. Was interested in the Inspire implant. I had great talk with doctor and decided against the implant. He spent 45 minutes explaining my current condition and showed me the differences between the CPAP and the Inspire implant and how they work to open the airways. The office staff was professional and amicable.
My experience with the Wackerly office has been great. However the Saginaw office is rude and I have been hung up on multiple times and given an attitude when calling for no reason at all. This is very unprofessional and the staff needs to be trained better.
I have a hard time recommending this place, as I do not have a sleep disorder thankfully, but I do hope others that have the need have a better experience than I did. The staff is nice and answers questions with seemingly robust knowledge, but they appear to be overworked. Trying to schedule my first appointment did not go smoothly.
