My experience with the Wackerly office has been great. However the Saginaw office is rude and I have been hung up on multiple times and given an attitude when calling for no reason at all. This is very unprofessional and the staff needs to be trained better.
I have a hard time recommending this place, as I do not have a sleep disorder thankfully, but I do hope others that have the need have a better experience than I did. The staff is nice and answers questions with seemingly robust knowledge, but they appear to be overworked. Trying to schedule my first appointment did not go smoothly. I was left ringing for several minutes the first time I called. On my second attempt when someone did pick up the phone I was told to please wait and they hung up on me. Was happy with the place in Midland until the last 2 to 3 years when Dr,Kumar started spending less time there, NP and PA are all you get to see and you don't know who til you get there and it probably won't be the one that your last appointment
