Jim with Sound Appraisals did a great job with our home appraisal. I completely disagree with the previous reviews on Google. He was timely, professional and thorough. I would recommend Jim and his company to anyone.
We had an appraisal last spring. The guy was at our home for just a few minutes and didn't even count our back yard as a double lot, which the bank confirmed to us he missed (and was on the original inspection report) Not a very thorough job. Barely took measurements. Very disappointed
Worst appraisal ever. Didn’t wear a mask or ask. Didn’t take boots off. Didn’t measure anything. Took a few pictures and a couple notes. Seriously underestimated value. Would never allow them to be used for me again. Would never recommended them. DO NOT USE SOUND APPRAISALS or JIM KANTOLA. Should have their liscenses revoked!!!!!
