Came here for reactive dog issues. Jeff (the only person we worked with) was nice and accommodating. No complaints on that. I'll even say that a few people who had dogs that couldn't even be in the room for the program "seemed" like they were going to get some special deal as a result of a failed class experience. As for our experience. We would go into a large room, stand around the sides with other dogs, and for the first 4 of 6 classes was just barking and trying to calm them down. Sound Animals I'd an awesome place, with great, helpful and caring people who really train with the dogs' needs in mind, which is rare for group classes.
Been bringing my dog here for the puppy socialization sessions. Juls- the dog trainer - is fantastic! She’ll give you helpful advice on how to make your pup feel comfortable and grow confident. Would definitely recommend this place.
