The right hearing aid hadn’t been working well. One day it stopped functioning altogether. A visit to HearingLife, and the problem was resolved. The device needed repair. But, no worry, it was still under warranty. That was a surprise! I could expect a functioning device in seven days. Upon return for pairing, what HearingLife delivered was not a repair but a new hearing aid!
