Scott showed a lot of patience and understanding to explain the whole process
Scott took the time to re-program my hearing aids and they work better. He also took the time to do an annual hearing test. He took excellent care of my ears and hearing!
The location is, clean, organized, friendly. I was never pressured to buy, answered all my questions, concerning this type of hearing aid, explained the levels of purchase, warranty, coverage. I ask where the home office was located, who makes the aid, etc. all was answerd.
I was so happy to find my new hearing specialist !!! He fixed my speaker wire which happened to be the wrong one , checked my hearing and reprogrammed my phonaks and cleaned while giving me new ear buds which fit much better !!! Scott gets an A+! I feel like I got a new pair of hearing aides!
Highly recommend AudioNova in Largo! Wife & I both just got hearing aids for the first time. Scott Harlow is awesome and knows what he’s doing. A+
