Scott Harlow explained the Phonak Audio 190 thoroughly. He let my husband try them overnight. He took him step by step to set them up on his phone. We highly recommend Scott Harlow if you ever have a hearing loss.
Trisha and Scott are such competent professionals. As I am out of the state for the summer, Trisha has been so responsive helping me fix my hearing aids ( maintenance and replacement of a part). Scott is a wonderful audiologist and is very attentive to ensure I have the best hearing aid performance. They are both terrific!

I went in for new hearing aids as my Costco hearing aids weren’t working well and within ten days I had new hearing aids. I’ve had hearing aids for 29 years, I’m 39, just for a little background and I’ve never had a set of hearing aids that have been programmed so well to my hearing.
