Scott took the time to help fit better tips for my hearing aids!
They made a mold for the hearing aid to fit my husband's ear. We've had nothing but trouble with the tube's and the mold. I had to pay 75.00 for a new mold due to my husband having brain surgery. This has been going on for over an year. I wish I would have got my money back when I had a chance. Another mistake I let them talk me into is paying cash instead of using his insurance. Now I have given up and going to take him to a ENT to get his hearing aids.
My husband is very pleased with his experience here. He can hear better than ever before.
