Morgan was great as always! My hearing aids charger was no longer working on one side. Still under warranty, and she had me a new one within one business day!!
I have been taking my elderly dad to the Joplin office for several years for hearing aid services. I cant speak highly enough of Daniel. His clinical competence is without question. What makes him such an excellent clinician is his ability to educate and communicate with an often challenging elderly population.
