Everything was great. Everyone was friendly but professional from the minute I walked in the door, till the end of the visit.
Not impressed. Went in to get my hearing aid fixed and apparently someone didn’t listen to my concerns and didn’t fix the issue and put the aid together backwards. Now it’s in two pieces and I can’t get back before Friday so I’m stuck with not hearing until then. Will never purchase another set from them. Loved sound advice but not audio nova.
