I saw Ramona for an adjustment and hearing aid check I have Signia click cic hearing aids and they were not functioning well enough She looked at my audiogram, reprogrammed my hearing aids and placed double domes on the hearing aids It’s amazing - she was able to make my life better
So I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 25 years. Went to sound advice and Ramona worked really hard to get my hearing aids to like my ears. Her attention to detail is amazing and very patient. She is very helpful and knows her stuff and I highly recommend her. I have been to several other places in 25 years and I do think she’s the best. Thank you Ramona for being patient with me.

I knew i had lost some of my hearing. Ramona did athorough hearing test and recommended to me the hearing aids I have now. Its changed my life! Excellent prices and customer service
