During my visit to Cape Cod recently I needed one of my hearing aids fixed and Ramona did a stellar job!
Extremely happy with Ramona's service and professionalism at Sound Advice Hearing in Orleans, MA. She gave me a hearing test and spent time going over my results. She answered all of my questions about hearing aids and explained my new hearing aids and how they worked with my Iphone. Her prices for the hearing aids are the absolute lowest on the Cape. I can tell she cares for her customers!
Easy to get to. Clean office. Not deserving of one star BUT it was the only way I could post. Ramona grabbed my ear and tried to force the in the ear model into my ear canal hurting my ear canal. I pulled away and asked her not to force it in because it hurt. Ramona mocked me by saying well this is the model you wanted, isn't it? I said yes but you're trying to force it in, so I said I would try inserting the Signia in the ear model. It was difficult but finally it entered the canal. Difficult to get out. Was happy with my hearing aid but I was treated rudely by Sound Advice when I went to pick up my hearing aid
I saw Ramona for an adjustment and hearing aid check I have Signia click cic hearing aids and they were not functioning well enough She looked at my audiogram, reprogrammed my hearing aids and placed double domes on the hearing aids It’s amazing - she was able to make my life better
