Even thought I live in Juneau, Alaska, I get tremendous service from Dr. Lew. She is caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. She not only helps you with the aids, she will walk you through the app for the hearing aids, which is very helpful. A year after buying my aids (at a great price!), my dog ate my hearing aids. I contacted Dr. Lew and she was on it. She made all the arrangements for replacement aids and ear molds and I had new aids back in no time. Highly recommended!
RecommendedExcellent. Beverly Lew is the best - friendly and so good at what she does. Yes, you pay less at Costco but you also get less - less skilled techs, less attention and less quality product. (Though I go there for batteries.) I highly recommend SA. The office staff is also efficient and friendly and always willing to sandwich you in if an urgent issue needs dealing with.

I took my 87 year old father to Sound Advice. He is a Korean War Veteran. Dr. Lew greeted him and immediately thanked him for his service. She also has a wealth of information on special priviledges offered to war veterans and was extremely generous with her time and helpful advice. Dr. Lew was thorough in her exam and an absolute pleasure to be around. She made my dad feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend Sound Advice. I was very impressed.
