Similar to other comments in here, at first, we thought they were good years and years ago, but in the last few years, they are very slow to respond, if they respond at all… Right now we have a TV that they talked us in to that stopped working after a year, and have been “waiting on a part” for over a year and a half, and now they won’t return our calls to update us on that. So now we have an absolutely useless TV in a main part of our house. Very sad how about the service has gotten.
Totally unprofessional company. More than happy to take your money but lie about addressing problems and ignore repeated requests for service help. Wr were lucky and found Legacy Custom Home Entertainment-positive, far more qualified technicians and real honest people. Not like Sound Advice: you would be wise to not buy his sales pitch.
Sound Advice is amazing!! We had lighting hit our house before a huge party and it fried the main box, Mike personally came out on a weekend to take a look. He was able to get it fixed before our party...talk about WOW customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend Sound Advice to anyone!
Mike from Sound Advice is absolutely amazing. He did my parent's sound system for their house and it's the best and easiest system any of us have ever used. He is quick to respond with questions and I would highly recommend Sound Advice to anyone!!
We purchased an MX-880 RF remote from Sound Advice several years ago. I cannot get anyone from Sound Advice to return any calls regarding service for this remote (it is very complex to program). We left voicemails at their office and with the owner, Mike Gutbier, on his cell. After about six weeks, I finally texted Mike one final time and got a simply return text stating he was very busy.
