My last experience was pretty disappointing from the office staff to the actual visit. The office staff ignored me and continued to talk amongst themselves as if I weren’t standing there to check out and schedule my next visit. They also did not tell me their appointments were running 30 min behind despite their insistence that patients arrive 15 min early. Takes her time and explains things throughly. Very caring and takes her time. Office personnel has changed since I have been coming there for the better.
Our patient's referred to this office say this doctor is great but the lack of staff/ ability to communicate can be frustrating. Sitting on hold for 15-30mins each time we need to communicate with them is unacceptable. It negates our ability to care for mutual patients. You might try adding a separate phone line for physicians to call with important information. Mutual patient's do like her very much which is the most important thing.
I don't recommend her at all. She was very uninterested in helping with my issue gave no guidance other than to wait and nothing to help manage the symptoms. She also would take up to 2 1/2 weeks to call you with your bloodwork results. The front office staff wouldn't help much in the way of giving you answers. I would have to call to remind them to read the results after waiting almost 2 weeks I was told..."oh she hasn't even looked at them yet."
