My husband and I and my children when they still lived at home all were patients of Dr. J. We have AWAYS been happy! Not only he is a great doctor but he is also a great person, he listens and clearly explains questions in detail. We higly recommend him!
I have been a patient for about twenty years. I have always found him to be interested, caring and helpful. My family has a history of dying from colon cancer and I am at risk for esophageal cancer. He has followed me closely. He has probably saved my life.
I went to Dr. EIcman because I had extreme fatigue and swollen joints.I have had Lyme disease five times before with these symptoms. She did blood work and determined that because it was not as bad as a previous time and that I did not have flu like symptoms she refused to treat it. I suffered on for two more weeks and went to another doctor who immediately treated the disease. Dr. EIcman spent most of the visit talking about herself. Stay clear of her.
Gave a diagnosis and then changed her diagnosis after being persuaded by the school. When I asked her office why, they refused to let me speak with her and I was unable to schedule an appt with her. They let me meet with another psychiatrist, but, in an interesting twist, that was my "second opinion" and that psychiatrist supported Hong Chen's bait and switch tactics. She is weak and unprofessional. Stay far, far away! You have been warned. Don't trust her.

1 month ago I visited Dr. Hartford for the first time. He told me nothing on my first visit and when I called back to ask about picking up a test he took 3 weeks to get back to me even after calling multiple times. When he did get back to me, he called at 10pm & left a message he gave me wrong information and mixed up me & another patient, I tried calling back multiple times again leaving many messages with the office and still no answer. Dr. Hartford is in over his head and knows nothing.

Waiting 14 days for the Doctor to fill in the form,needed by MVC. This practice has a poor connection with a patients. The receptionist has been rude on the phone.
