Based on the classes I’ve taken so far, I can surely say they’re indeed intentional and target the mind and body in order to release any tension and stress held both internally and externally. Definitely will be attending again.

I signed up for this place after trying there $33 1 week unlimited pass and it been the best experience going here after not doing any sort of excerise for years. Everyone is sweet and supportive! LGBTQ friendly and Female Black owned!
