the absolute BEST yoga studio!!! about 8 months ago, i started looking for a studio in my area that clicked. soul work was maybe the fourth studio that i tried, and i’ve been coming ever since! aqila is one of the most down to earth, warm, kind people you will ever meet. the energy in the studio is so welcoming and makes me feel at home. i’ve taken many classes with different instructors, and each one has been so rewarding. The class was great! I happened to be the only one who attended so I had the benefit of a one-on-one class! Kayla was patient and understood my limitations and experience level. I will be purchasing a membership so I can take classes more frequently. This studio is a neighborhood treasure. I sincerely hope they continue to bless us with its beautiful, peaceful space and lovely energy!
Joined a trial baby & me class and had a great time. A wonderful welcoming vibe & broke a sweat (in a very post partum/safe feeling way) I am so glad to have found this spot in the neighborhood!
I've been coming here for a little over two months now, and it's such a warm and inviting community space. Every teacher has their own style and I've learned so much from them, but I regularly especially attend Kayla's and Aqila's classes. This is the first time I've felt committed and connected to a physical practice and I really appreciate Soul Work for being a space that welcomes people of all identities wherever they are in their yoga journey!
Soul Work is awesome!!! The instructors are warm and inviting, the space is clean and beautiful, and overall is just a really inspiring place. It feels like a truly inclusive studio where everyone is welcome. Highly recommend.
