I signed up for this place after trying there $33 1 week unlimited pass and it been the best experience going here after not doing any sort of excerise for years. Everyone is sweet and supportive! LGBTQ friendly and Female Black owned!
Just went to the 8:30 AM weight class and this is such a great studio, such a fun class, and the playlist was awesome! Aquila has a great joyous laugh and I knew exactly where we were going the entire time. Well instructed!

I took the Congolese class on Sunday with Mr. Andoche and the class was super fun. He is a very good instructor. This is my second time taking his class and I will be returning for me. If you love hip movement and African culture, this is the class for you!!!
My favorite studio, a very special place where the soul is taken care of as much as the body. This class today with Amina was a blessing, exactly what I needed.
