Good gym facilities, great sauna / ice bath room. Erin was friendly and helpful.
The sauna and cold water plunge pools are great. Well maintained.
From the moment you step in there is a warmth and chill from reception as if you belong here or you have been here before. I turned up about an hour (I work on Japanese time) before my Ride (rhythm riding) class. Reception sorted out my bike shoes, reminded me of my bike spot, and then took me on a full tour, and showed me where the locker room was as I had to change out of my work clothes.
