I did many classes at Strain during my 3 week Sydney vacation from New York and loved them. The team are extremely friendly and helpful and the instructors are great. It is a fantastic workout and certainly gave me a very good 45 minute exercise session every time. Each class was great music, high energy, well instructed and always different from the previous class. I would highly recommend and will be back on my next Sydney trip.
My first time experiencing Soul Train was FANTASTIC! It so upbeat, fun and felt I got in a solid workout. The room really got you in the mood, bit like a night club! Coach Jesse made the class, he’s great energy and super helpful for us beginners in the class. Would highly recommend.

Great space. A bit hidden away but the gym area is big and bright and the wellness / recovery space is really thought out and has everything you need. Doing a strength class and then going straight for a sauna and ice bath was just heaven for me
