I was referred by a friend to Soulstice Wellness Centre for a massage by Alicia. I found the receptionist to be very welcoming and the office to be comfortable. I cannot say enough about Alicia. She was very attentive in our initial meeting and I felt well listened to. She is very pleasant and upbeat. In my subsequent appointments, Alicia knows and remembers my history. She will adjust her depth of the massage to my preference. I highly recommend her.

Having needed chiropractic care for most of my life and having worked professionally alongside chiropractors for over a decade, I can confidently say that Brendan is one of the best. He is so great at what he does and obviously has a passion and a gift for it. He always takes his time, adjusting my body within its limits, and tailors his treatments based on the needs of my body. I have been seeing Dr Brendan Adrosoff for the past 4 months. I can not say enough good things about him and his care for me and my family. He is an amazing listener and explains carefully how he is treating me. I have lower back issues and headaches. He is one of the kindness people I know and shows a genuine interest in my story and my family. He has helped with both my issues and I have had lots of relief. I love our visits and our conversation. He is good for my body but also good for my soul. Thank you Dr. Brendan

I had a great experience with Dr. Brendan. He was very professional, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brendan to anyone looking for quality care.

I was buggering around with my wife, unfortunately things went south and we both ended up worse for wear. We recently moved to Cochrane and wanted to support our community. I Googled and found Dr. Brendan. He helped both of us and now our kids go to him as well.
