Soulstice Spa is wonderful! The women at the front desk are always welcoming and helpful, and make a point to learn about all their clients. Nicolette is my regular massage therapist and she is amazing! She is warm but professional, asks probing questions and takes feedback well, and is very attuned to her clients' needs. I have had massages by other therapists at Soulstice too, and they are all great. I can't recommend Soulstice -- locally owned! -- highly enough.
Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, welcoming and professional. The location is convenient, yet away from the hustle & bustle. The design, decor and quality of the spa is beautiful and comfortable. And massage therapist Nicolette is wonderful: calm, friendly, listens well, skilled, fluid & consistent touch and thorough. I highly recommend Soustice Spa!
This is place to go in Santa Rosa or Sausalito if you simply need to start your day again or start your life again. A reboot!! There are Healing Hands that can make you feel phenomenal. These are empathetic, intuitive people that really know what they're doing regarding body work. I went for the first time here and it was a birthday present. When I walking in I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and she was very courteous to get me ready for my appointment. My appointment was with Nicole and she very attentive to my target areas I was soar. She used the exact amount of pressure I needed and I have been feeling relaxed since yesterday. I am very pleased with the customer experience and this was by far the best professional massage I have ever had. 5 stars!! ⭐️
