It breaks my heart to leave this review. Initially, Scott and his crew did an amazing job…would have given them 5+ stars. But follow up care has been a disaster. Between Luis and Heather, main maintenance and dispatch, NO appointment I’ve set up for minor irrigation care has been kept…it’s either some mixup in the schedule resulting in a no-show or someone shows when they’re not scheduled . Absolutely a fantastic company with fabulous people to work with!! Heather is very friendly, kind, detailed, and you can tell she truly loves the outdoors and plants! A highly reputable company with amazing Team Members every step of the way. Innovative and jaw dropping landscape designs, plus you really feel like you're working with your "best friend".
