I waited more than 24 hours just to pick up four pallets. The staff didn’t communicate well in English and didn’t seem to care about the drivers. If you’re booked to pick up here, I’d recommend canceling the load if possible because it’s a complete waste of time. The brokers don’t pay enough for the amount of time you’ll lose waiting.

Prime driver here. You do NOT have to check in at this facility, they will only take your paperwork and send you to go park at their staging yard which is about 6-8miles away. Just GO DIRECTLY to their staging yard which opens around 6:30am and check in with the guard and he will scan your bill and send it to them directly and they will call you when they have a door open for you. Checked in 4:30 PM for 10 PM appointment got a list of truck stops where I can go. After reading the reviews for the delivery in Fairfield, Ohio, Koch plant I wanted to cancel the load, but my dispatch didn’t let me. (update I waited 19 hours just to get a dock, probably will take 3 to 4 hours to get unloaded) Got a call at 9:45 PM that my load is ready got loaded in 45 minutes. The best docking position is to enter as per the green arrow and X. That green X is also a good spot to briefly stop for check-in. From there, park with partial use of the hill ahead—just a bit—and dock that way (as shown in the photo). There’s no on-site parking. After check-in (red X), you’ll get a list of truck stops. My appointment was 12–5, but my load was ready at 5. They’ll call when ready. Don’t fully back down from the hill—only partially—so you don’t bottom out. Use it a little, but maneuver mostly from the road.
