I don't have complaints on the firm but i want to warn you about using you their mediator Michael Jackson for family law. Do not hire this man!! Very one sided, do not choose this bias man for any mediation. He is a bully and definitely makes you feel like you shouldn't go to court and forces you to make a decision you do not agree with. $1000 gone down the drain!!! He is so outdated in his thinking.
