I’m so happy with my experience. Ausra was amazing from start to finish. I ordered an arrangement for my mom’s birthday. Living out of state, I really appreciated how hands on Ausra was with updating me of the process. She texted me photos of the arrangement before it was sent out, let me know when it was out for delivery & also took a photo of my mom’s smiling face when she received her beautiful flowers. It made me feel like I was there even from miles away! I will definitely be ordering from here again
This was the best experience I have ever had ordering flowers. Ausra was absolutely amazing and she went above and beyond. Her communication was top notch and she was so kind and wonderful to talk to. I was ordering a sympathy bouquet for my best friend and I can even see the love Ausra put into the arrangement. I had the absolute pleasure of ordering flower arrangements from Soul’s Greenhouse, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Ausra, the florist, was incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. I just hired this artist for an arrangement to help ease the mind of someone I love who is suffering turmoil. The arrangement was beyond incredible. Positively stunning nothing I could’ve ever dreamt up myself. They texted me updates, including when the order was delivered and the reaction from the party delivered to. 100% positive review from start to finish including product quality, customer service, pricing and delivery.
