Outstanding service, beautiful arrangements, and such friendly care. I ordered flowers for a friend who had lost a family member and later realized the service was the same day the flowers were scheduled to be delivered. When I called, Ausra was incredibly understanding and kindly moved the delivery to the next day. This business is absolutely amazing. Chose this business because it was close to a friend's house. The arrangment that was made was absolutely beautiful and full of flowers. I couldn't believe how big the arrangment was for the price. The customer service was amazing with updates and showing me what the arrangment looked like. I couldn't reccommend them enough!! I am excited to use them again in the future.
Absolutely fantastic experience and a BEAUTIFUL bouquet! I am from out of town and was ordering a bouquet for a loved one’s birthday. I accidentally used the old address I have on file and they texted me right away, and gave me a chance to provide a new address 20 minutes away! Truly such great experience. I cannot express to you just how amazing this woman is. We received a referral by our bank teller for our wedding. Ausra at Souls Greenhouse was the most responsive vendor we had and she cared SO MUCH. I had the idea to do a flower bar for our wedding. She made it better than I could have imagined and she was so excited and happy to do it. Her kindness is radiant and she makes amazing flower arrangements
