I have had both remedial massage and relaxation massage from Jasmin, and she is amazing, as well as attending some of her workshops, which have also been amazing. She is a very gentle soul, with beautiful energy. I highly recommend her for any type of massage, relaxation or remedial. She has a beautiful relaxing environment, where uoyou can truly just let go. You’ll walk out of there feeling like a million bucks. Highly recommend.
The hypnotherapy I received helped me realise that my current fears dated back to childhood trauma. Once this was recognised, I could start the healing. Hypnotherapy also helped me to stop smoking and lose weight. Also, the workshops I attended were amazing. It enabled me to recognise the path I had chosen in this lifetime. Jasmin is gifted, patient and understanding. I highly recommend her.

The hot stone massages here are so lovely. I was so stressed when i went to get one and it really helped relax my system and relieve some anxiety.
