i’ve fallen in love with this place. small details like having spray deodorant and spare socks in the main bathroom really shows how much the staff and owner cares about their members. or instructors putting in effort to remember the names of members attending their classes. there is definitely a small learning curve with remembering the routine of each class but with the repetition of tracks, it makes it a lot easier. instructors are knowledgeable and love answering questions on how to modify exercises and teach correct for... read more

SoulPower is more than just a gym it’s a community that feels like home! Everyone is there to support you through your fitness journey and have so much fun doing it! With so many amazing class options & passionate staff its the perfect place to take time for yourself! I would highly recommend SoulPower to anyone!
