Great yoga session. A nice cool and relaxing place that also smells really nice too. Aneesh is very professional while being also really chill. Definitely would recommend this place.
A hidden gem in the OC yoga scene. Very intimate and hands-on classes. Plus, they have an Oxygen chamber in the back for recovery... really amazing place.
Always a wonderful experience here, the space is beautiful and nourishing with instructors who are passionate and informed in the practice. This is without a doubt one of the best kept secrets of Orange County. If stress relief is a desire, you must give this place a try!
