Great place for food and to take a pit stop as one treks across Texas. Warm, friendly and country style bbq restaurant. Food was very tasty - seems meant for regulars as it took me a while to understand the process. Order first then return to receive one’s order - and the menu had more options than I could process with an ever increasing line of people behind me. The food is terrible
As a long haul trucker, I'm always in search of good food, and Soulman's does NOT disappoint. I ordered the two meat plate with brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, and fried okra, and let me tell you. You can tell a LOT about a place based on how they make their mac, and Soulman's KNOWS how to make mac. I shouldve gotten a double side of it! Don’t know if food is good but the giant pot hole in the front really messed up my tire . Decide not to eat there !
Excellent and tender ribs. Juicy brisket and nice bark on the pulled pork. Definitely will be back every time I'm through
