The lady at the desk was very nice The gentleman who cut up the barbecue who sliced my brisket sliced it like he wanted it and I wanted sliced the way I like it because I'm paying for it and I didn't think that was too much to ask
Soulman's serves food right from their soul! Great bar-b-q sandwiches and sides. Tasty stuffed baked potatoes and fast service. My husband had to have a BBQ sandwich every week from the restaurant. Thank you for being in Forney!
Some of their food is good, some of not. From my recent order, Ribs, chicken, creamy corn and sausage were good, but brisket and fries, not good.
Bland, fatty ribs, mac and cheese wasn't actually pretty good, did need garlic, pepper, salt, baked potato good, brisket tasteless, is it suppose to be smoked? No smoke!!! Just Bland and no impressive for the price, but it never has been.
