Lauren is an expert at what she does — cutting and coloring, yes, but also making her clients feel comfortable, seen, and heard. Lauren is amazing! I have fine, thin hair with multiple curl patterns and Lauren is the only one who can cut it in a way that makes it consistently looks good. In addition to being incredibly talented, she is extremely patient and really takes time to understand what you want and answer any questions. This is especially helpful for someone like me who never knows the correct terminology to describe what I want! If I could give 10 stars I would! Lauren is a talented, fun, professional, kind human. The magic she does with my hair is unbelievable- I always feel well informed during and after our session, and my hair hasn’t looked this beautiful in my whole life. Her vibe, salon and aura are unmatched.
