We were invited to bring the children from Sunshine Learning Center to Soulift to try their children's workouts. The whole experience was amazing! The staff are professional and attentive, the facility is bright and cheery. The workout was interactive and held the children's interest searching for items throughout their workout that were uncovered by their movements. It was so much fun! The children laughed and exercised for a solid 30 minutes. What a great place for the whole family to exercise together!
