I bought in Groupon and initially was told I have to pay $20 to book and that $20 will go towards tip. Tip is earn & u can’t ask for the tip before the work is done. Lashes look good and I did pay $20 tip but unfortunately lashes started coming off next day and within 5 days almost 90% of lashes came off and today is day 9 and all lashes have came off. Awesome!! The atmosphere was so chill. I really love my lashes!
Canceled my appointment 18 minutes before I was supposed to be there. Didn't call me, just canceled through the website. Was not able to work with me on another time to get lashes done, so was unable to have them done for my vacation. Won't be booking again.
Not impressed. Got cancelled on the day of my appt and have been planning this for awhile. Tried rescheduling, but availability is slim to none. Won't be booking again.
