WOW! Just did Ariel yoga. It was a blast! The instructor was very accommodating with us newbies. Explained everything, sometimes twice. Lol and helped us when needed. I'm happy it was not as fast a pace as floor yoga. I probably would have been frustrated for my first time. Will be doing that again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
What a gem! This place is an absolute vibe. The community here is so vibrant, full of warm, welcoming folks who make you feel right at home from the moment you step in. I was a little nervous about joining since I’ve been nursing some injuries, but the instructors were incredible at offering adaptations so I could ease into the class at my own pace.
