I received a detox and Retwist from this shop even though I booked with Adrian someone else did my hair. Take note, *no one asked me if it was okay? They just went ahead and decided for me. As I entered the shop I was met with ugly stares and an unwelcoming spirit. Then a male put me in the shampoo bowl and performed an 3 minute detox which I knew was not correct because the detox didn’t take and my hair didn’t soak. Went to my scheduled meeting time, and no one was there. Waited 30 minutes and still found no one. Was unable to call anyone to reschedule or see what time they have available
