The shop was very clean. I were very impressed with the Loctician , he went above and beyond my expectations!! I have became his client now !!
Arrived at scheduled time and no one was there I waited over 30mins. I was required to pay the service in full in order to book. I called/text and didn’t get a reply. I paid people to watch my children for nothing and wasted gas to come. I have a busy schedule and was finally free and kid free to get my hair done only to be disappointed.
I received a detox and Retwist from this shop even though I booked with Adrian someone else did my hair. Take note, *no one asked me if it was okay? They just went ahead and decided for me. As I entered the shop I was met with ugly stares and an unwelcoming spirit. Then a male put me in the shampoo bowl and performed an 3 minute detox which I knew was not correct because the detox didn’t take and my hair didn’t soak.
