I highly recommend Soulform Pilates! They have opened an amazing facility and bring such expertise and class to this enjoyable method of getting fit! The owners are incredible and willing to answer all questions. Their privately owned facility allows for over-the-top customer service that surpasses anything you’ll find in our area.
I love everything about Soulform. The owner and instructors are so kind and always make me feel welcome. The instructors are always great about giving corrections in a way that doesn’t make me feel embarrassed or like I’m doing something wrong. There aren’t any other studios in the Rockwall area that I know of that offer both hot Pilates and reformer Pilates. I absolutely love spending my mornings here! I highly recommend Soulform to anyone new to Pilates or looking to find a new studio!
