I’m on my 60th class and my body has never felt better. I’ve started when Soulform first came to be and they have been amazing from the very start. All the instructors are so kind and knowledgeable. They all are able to adapt to any adjustments and they really do meet you exactly where you are. As a beginner, I almost flipped upside on my first day with Pam but now I’m able to move through the program with ease and have seen a tremendous growth in my muscles and posture. $1,050 for 10 privates????? Try Milner Pilates for a lot less. Crystal is awesome at Milner Pilates!!!

I highly recommend Soulform Pilates! They have opened an amazing facility and bring such expertise and class to this enjoyable method of getting fit! The owners are incredible and willing to answer all questions. Their privately owned facility allows for over-the-top customer service that surpasses anything you’ll find in our area.
