Brazilian wax: Totally uncomfortable atmosphere. I had to stand outside for almost 10 minutes because the door was locked. I then had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time in an empty, smelly hallway while she finished someone else. She also did not do ANY cleaning or sanitizing in between clients; she was going to have me walk right in after the appointment before me. Appreciate the attention to detail, in addition to the expertise. It's very clear they are not just performing another wax, but are focused on your, your individual needs and making sure everything is as expected. I've returned several times and will continue to recommend and return.

These lashes have lasted so long, without any extra care out of the norm. The install was fairly quick and comfortable. I'm blown away by how great they still look two weeks later. Almost none have fallen out.

Lasha' (owner) is kind, professional, gentle, and helpful. This was not my first Brazilian, but it was my first visit with SoulFlower. I felt very comfortable. I appreciated the knowledge behind the care I was receiving. Her voice and technique helped to lessen the tension. I already booked my next appointment. 🥰❤️
