The workout itself was fine, but the music level was extremely loud, to the point where it felt like a health/hearing risk. Even with ear plugs, the sound volume was uncomfortable and distracting rather than motivating. This isn’t just a preference issue. Exposure to volume like this can cause hearing damage. SoulCycle should seriously reconsider their sound levels so the class is challenging without being unsafe.
Front desk staff is laughably rude. Locker room was dirty. Anthony winters is only instructor worth coming to this location for.
4.5/5 -- I went with my friend who was new to the studio and he asked one of the workers at the front desk how to use the locker since the knob wasn't turning, and she replied "It's simple, you'll figure it out". Quite an unhelpful and unnecessarily snarky response. Other than that, the class was fun and the facilities were clean.
