Had a disappointing experience at SoulCycle E83. One of the front desk staff came off as rude and unwelcoming - rolling her eyes at new riders? That’s really not the kind of energy you expect from a place that promotes community and positivity. First impressions matter, and this wasn’t a good one.
Tramell has the best Saturday classes
Loved my birthday ride! The staff was so sweet and welcoming. They lit a candle and took a Polaroid wishing me a happy birthday after class. It was a fantastic adrenaline rush way to start the day.
SoulCycle is so awesome! Classes are super fun, motivating and engaging. I will be taking as many classes to benefit my health and wellbeing. Thanks to Emma for making the class fun and the great music. Hearing her voice helps you remain motivated throughout the workout. Highly recommend 10/10
