I was told three times that classes have a 10-minute grace period, but one time, I was 5 minutes late and was turned away. The receptionist said they can change this policy on their own depending on how full the class is, but I was never told this beforehand. It was baffling to be turned away. She also insisted on using my only 'cancellation pass' in my account, claiming that if she didn’t use it, I’d lose a class. I greatly enjoy this place. One of the better studios if you want to build a community. Love all of the instructors. From Lamar, to Rubie, Dominque, Kiss and Anaya; all of the instructors will make you WORK! Is my fave studio (also the closest 🤪)

Today we completed an incredible 60-minute class! What a rush and pleasure it is to be apart of a class held by an outstanding instructor, Dominique! From start to finish, she leads every class with amazing energy and encouragement! Her playlist was on point- perfectly timing to match the intensity of each phase of the ride. It was a perfect blend of Hip-hop/R&B/Pop songs to keep you motivated while also having tracks to push you through the toughest hills.
