The studio is great, it’s always clean and the bathroom areas are always well stocked. The instructors are great too! I’ve taken classes with Sandy and Elise and while they both have distinct styles, there classes are equal parts challenging and rewarding. I was new to SC after a long break from almost any type of exercise and I had never taken an exercise class before.
