The studio is great, it’s always clean and the bathroom areas are always well stocked. The instructors are great too! I’ve taken classes with Sandy and Elise and while they both have distinct styles, there classes are equal parts challenging and rewarding. I was new to SC after a long break from almost any type of exercise and I had never taken an exercise class before. insanely loud even with ear plugs, boring playlist, unclear instruction (like doing moves but it’s pitch black)very low energy instructor and too much talking and sitting. the instructor shamed me and my sister when we looked distressed about how loud it was. (i do a ton of soul cycle). in nyc the workout is intense and fun and energetic and my class wasn’t that. i leave nyc classes exhausted and this was so odd and easy and again, loud. horribly loud. the instructors probably need to see how nyc classes are bc they probably... read more
