Candy and Sasha are the two instructors. They do a great job to make you push yourself through the 45 minutes . The negative is the parking and lack of classes and instructors. The class should be an hour for $35.00. One more comment; enough Taylor Swift. Just saying.
I’ve been coming every weekend for a couple months now and I’ve been enjoying the classes. The only thing I wish they would change is the variety in the music and add more time slots. Not everyone can make the classes at the times they have.
I've taken classes with two instructors now, Sasha and Candy, and they are absolutely amazing, the facilities are super clean, kind and helpful staff. Leaps and bounds over other cycle boutiques. I drive about an hour to get here and it's worth it. Thanks guys :)
Went for the first time since I was gifted a free class by a friend! Such an amazing place, the girls at the front were a pleasure, they walked me through everything (I was pretty nervous) and the instruct Sasha was a gem!
