I made an appointment online one day prior and when I arrived, no one was there! The door was locked and the phone unanswered. I left a message but have never heard back. It is disappointing, I was looking forward to trying out the salt spa.
My sisters and I booked 60 minutes in the salt cave and it was wonderful! Very relaxing and therapeutic. I will definitely do it again. I’m hoping to feel the benefits and relief of my allergies soon.
It’s hard to find red light therapy let alone combined with salt filtration. I did that, the infrared sauna and a hydrofacial. I was able to breathe better, sinus’ felt great, energy level and muscle recovery were improved.
Had a great experience here this week! Booked the salt spa and sauna, enjoyed both! Very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere! Easy online booking! Heads up, bring your own towel (if you’d like to lay down for sauna), robe and slippers if doing more than one session. Waters and face wipes were provided which was very helpful post sauna!
I was referred by a friend who went to the saint Clair shores location and really loved her experience. So I brought my boyfriend’s mom here who was visiting from Japan. But we were so disappointed with the experience, I booked us the salt cave room. Room was cold and you just sit in a small massage chair and just sit there for 45 minutes.
