Scheduled an appt thru text for 2pm. Got texts asking me to confirm my 2:30pm appt. Then a corrected text making sure I knew my appt was at 2pm not 2:30pm. I said I was aware and would be there before 2pm. Got there early and lady checked me in but never gave me anything to fill out which I thought was strange . Someone came in also for Olivia (who I was there for) for a 2:30pm appt and she was called back . I was given a text form to fill out at 2:25pm. After meeting with Hayli at Soulage, she suggested that I see a Dermatologist to check a skin spot before she proceeded with any treatment. When I shared this with the Dermatologist, she said, "I’m impressed—that’s a great NP who truly has your best interest at heart." Hayli consistently goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend her for any cosmetic needs.
Love this place! The front desk was very informative and helpful. I had appt for myself and they were so kind to work my mom in as well. The MA was amazing at her job and also very informative. I will definitely be coming back!!
