My session with Dana was both relaxing and productive. I enjoyed both the craniosacral therapy and massage. I felt things shift energetically and worked through some worries I was having. Will definitely be back and add to my self care rotation :)

I've attended a few of Dana's 5 Rhythms events. Every time, I feel like I've released physical blocks in my body as well as activated and recharged by heart energy. She creates a safe space to let yourself be seen. The energy that the group creates is felt for many days later. In this time where there is a lot of chaos and disruption going on - moving your body with the 5 Rhythms is a perfect way to find balance and strength.

I had a craniosacral-Esalen massage with Dana & it was AMAZING. It put me in a state of relaxed bliss!! I highly recommend a treatment with Dana!!

This was my first experience with this type of therapy/massage and I did not know what to expect. Dana took the time to explain the process and what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised at how relaxing and enjoyable it was. I left feeling relaxed and more in tune to what my body was experiencing. I would definitely recommend Dana and her services to anyone, especially if you have a problem area. I hope to be able to go back soon.
