I highly recommend Kristy. Kristy is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Along with her workshops you can book in with her for a one on one session - which is an amazing experience.
I had never had kinesiology until seeing Kristy. She made me feel super comfortable and explained everything during the session. I saw Kristy at Soul Space after having on going neck pains on and off for a year. After one session 2 months ago, my neck pain hasn’t returned. Kristy truely helped relieve all the tension I was carrying in my neck, can not rate her high enough!
