I am a new practitioner to this space but I can report it is very accessible to all levels. Amanda is an awesome teacher and you will be welcomed with open arms. There are lane views from the room on the terrace level of the Highland Lakes Grill. Come and try it out on Wednesday’s from 6-7 pm.
Finding Soul Society after moving to Jonestown was a game changer. For so long I would drive to Austin to catch a yoga class, then sit in traffic and be tense all over again. I love this warm, inviting, charming studio with a lake view. Amanda is certainly following her passion, you can feel it in everything that she does. Her classes stand out for many reasons, but the part I enjoy the most is the time allowed to check in and see however one is feeling, oh and her meditations are always exactly what I need. Amanda is a wonderful teacher! Her space is welcoming and incredibly authentic. I highly recommend soul society yoga.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Soul Society Yoga Amanda is a wonderful caring soul that is clearly following her true passion. The atmosphere is full of kindness, love and acceptance no matter where you are in your yoga practice. I am truly grateful for this “gem” nestled in the heart of Jonestown with gorgeous lake views!
